YOGA NIDRA for Women

lotusYoga Nidra is a form of guided mindfulness meditation. It is a systematic process for leading the body and mind into receptive states of relaxation and deep presence. Through this process we are able to access inner healing and the pure awareness of being. Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to help eliminate stress, overcome insomnia, solve problems, resolve trauma, and neutralize anxiety, fear, anger and depression. It is a process we can use to explore our life experiences and enter into a deeper connection with all that is.

About this Yoga Nidra Series:

In this series we use the Integrative Restoration (iRest®) approach to Yoga Nidra. Each class includes brief discussion and a long guided Yoga Nidra session (seated in a chair). Participants will receive handouts and other tools to support weekly home practice. Please join us for this transformational experience!
