Private sessions are an ideal way to begin a yoga practice, or to take an existing practice to a deeper level. One-to-one guidance helps create a personalized yoga practice that can be done at home with more frequency. In this sense, we follow the homeopathic principle of “less is more”. For example, a daily 15 minute practice is often more beneficial than a longer weekly practice. This is achieved because the practice becomes refined. Goals for a personal practice may include increasing flexibility, stress reduction, strength building, developing mental clarity, etc.
